Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment partner in Utah.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and will always prioritize quality and accuracy.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping to Canada

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days (where available)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations.

Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

SMBR is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or customs processing.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at:

We will assist in filing a carrier investigation where applicable.

SMBR is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.
